When you submit a quote request or contact form, the information you provide is delivered to us via email through Gmail's SMTP service (secured with TLS encryption in transit). We do not store your personal information in any database — it exists only in our email inbox. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal information is restricted to authorised personnel only.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law: • Enquiry and quote data: 12 months from last contact • Active client records: duration of the business relationship plus 5 years (for legal and accounting purposes) Once the retention period expires, your information is securely deleted or anonymised.

We only share your personal information with: • Google (Gmail) for email delivery of quote requests and contact form submissions — subject to Google's privacy policy and data processing terms • Vercel for website hosting — subject to Vercel's data processing agreement • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law We do not share your information with any third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
7. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function correctly (session management). We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.
